Fluffstack: Your famous instagram-worthy, jiggly soufflé pancakes
Perfect for: Boomerangs
Fluffstack, a cafe known for their whopping soufflé pancakes, inches thick and as wobbly and soft as a stack of tiny plump cushions, is now officially halal-certified.
The dessert brand announced the news on their Facebook page, claiming to be the first of its kind to attain the certification here in Singapore.
Specialise in souffle pancakes
Extra fluffy pancakes are the perfect excuse to have dessert for breakfast, but soufflé pancakes are next level.
Soufflé pancakes originated in Japan and became an instant hit thanks to food photos and social media showing off the jiggly stacks.
These pancakes have quickly made their way around the world, with Singapore having no shortage of cafes serving the towering flapjacks.
One such cafe breaking out from the crowd is Fluffstack, as they now serve halal soufflé pancakes.
On the cafe’s permanent menu are five different pancake flavours including the classic (S$8.80), and classic pancakes teamed with oolong boba (S$9.80), strawberry cheese (S$12.80), hazelnut chocolate (S$13.80), and mango passion fruit (S$14.80).
Diners can also add extra toppings from S$0.50 onwards such as maple syrup, coconut sago, feuilletine, and fresh fruits.
